Olga Lucero, MSN, FNP-C
Olga Lucero, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner providing quality care to patients at Ribera Healthcare Clinic, a private medical practice, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is also an accomplished aesthetics provider and is the owner of Freya's Lair Medical Spa, also located in Albuquerque.
Originally born in Russia, Olga completed her master's degree in clinical psychology and her medical aesthetics training while living in Europe. She then practiced in both hospitals and private clinic settings in Europe before relocating to New Mexico, where she earned a bachelor's degree in nursing.
Olga's experience as a family nurse practitioner has allowed her to specialize in pain management, vascular therapies, and family medicine. She's also completed additional training in aesthetics, which allows her to perform laser treatments, dermal fillers, Botox®, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments while working with some of New Mexico's most preeminent plastic surgeons.
Olga and the team at Ribera Healthcare Clinic are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based treatments for a variety of conditions, including diabetes, acute and chronic pain, migraines, women's health issues, men's health issues, and mental health concerns.

Catherine James, MSN, FNP-C
Catherine James, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner who is dedicated to providing quality care to patients across the lifespan. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in August of 2021. She has been a registered nurse for six years, and prior to that a licensed practical nurse for six years. During her twelve years of nursing, she focused on the care of adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient setting. During her clinical experience for her master’s program, she grew to love caring for the pediatric population as well. Catherine is originally from Missouri and moved to New Mexico three years ago. She has been married to her husband, a veteran of the United States Air Force, for nine years.
Clifford Lucero
Clinic Manager
Clifford is a lifelong resident of Albuquerque. He received his masters degree in Human Development from the University of New Mexico.
Clifford has joined our team after spending the last 8 1/2 years in the Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery Field as a Program Supervisor & Substance Abuse Technician. He is dedicated to providing services offered to all in the utmost professional and ethical manner possible.
Salvador Lamelas
Medical Assistant
Salvador Lamelas is a former/retired MD GP, born in Mexico, where he graduated as a Medicine Doctor, and practiced in hospitals and private medical offices for thirty-six years.
With his former knowledge as a Medicine Doctor practitioner, he achieved great knowledge in IV therapies and family medicine. Salvador spent a five year residency in Albuquerque focusing on training Medical Assistants, teaching the subjects of Anatomy, EKG, and Chemistry Laboratory. Salvador is currently a Medical Assitant for Ribera Healthcare.
The last two years occupied his time in the substance abuse treatment field as a Substance Abuse Technician. To provide top service with multiple cultures Salvador speaks English, Spanish and French.
Victoria Gonzales
Medical Assistant
Victoria is a lifelong resident of the area. She graduated top of her class as a Medical Assistant from PIMA Medical Institute.
Victoria is living her dream of being able to provide medical services to all who come to Ribera and is dedicated to offering kind, compassionate care to all who come into our office. Victoria is single, an animal lover, and enjoys hiking, walking her puppies, and cooking local New Mexican cuisine.
Matthew J. Sanchez
Assistant Clinic Manager
Matthew J. Sanchez, is a University of New Mexico graduate with a degree in Liberal Philosophy, and a double major in Criminology and Psychology, Magna Cum Laude. He is on track to complete his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
Matthew is a professional with over 20 + years experience with Bernalillo County Government Public Safety; eight of which were in a supervisor capacity. Departments and programs include Youth and Senior Services, Special Programs/Anti-Graffiti, County/City Beautification, Fitness Division, Sports Division, Parks and Recreation, Open Space, Youth Services Juvenile Reformation and Rehabilitation, Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative, Emergency Communication 911 Dispatch, Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse, as well as Real Estate Property and Land Management.
Along with the team at Ribera Healthcare, Matthew is advocating the Covid-19 Vaccination program, along with marketing and advertising relations. He is also involved with upcoming property transitions for the future expansion of Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Telemedicine services.
Matthew has been recognized and awarded for his performance and contributions to Bernalillo County through his desire and drive to aid the community in need. He continues to strive towards delivering much needed services to underprivileged and underserved areas within New Mexico.
Jacqueline Anslow
Accounting and Services
Jacqueline Anslow has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Business Management. She brings 20 years experience in business operations, alternative finance-grants, accounting, human resources and payroll. As of 2016, Jacqueline has called Albuquerque home. Originally from California, Jacqueline has worked in various industries including non-profit and county finance development programs. She lived and worked abroad in South Korea as a head foreign English teacher. Along with her knowledge in financial regulations, fund accounting, interpreation of financial reports, budgeting, cost accounting/projections, and reconciling, she is continuing her dedication by taking additional CEU for Accounting and plans to sit for the certified Public Accountancy.
Rose Tower- Cuaron
Medical & Coding Billing Supervisor
Rose is a true New Mexican citizen and has resided in New Mexico all her life. She has 30+ years experience with medical and coding knowledge, accounts receivable, to include four years of purchasing experience and accounts payable. She enjoys working and providing the best medical billing experience for her employers, as well as her fellow teammates and patients. Rose has prior experience within the Behavioral Health field providing admissions assistance, patient discharges, and medical billing. Rose enjoys learning new experiences in the medical field, as this aides in her growth and expansion of knowledge. Rose has certifications in Medical Billing and Medical terminology. Rose enjoys fishing, reading, and being with her critters (dogs!).
